Relationship Manager, Director (Luxembourg)

About the role

Deutsche Bank is looking for a Relationship Manager in Luxembourg, working with the Wealth Management Senior Lead to meet agreed sales and revenue targets. The postholder builds detailed client and product knowledge, cultivates client relationships and generates sales opportunities, while liaising with existing clients and building working relationships with origination, trading, research, client services and operations staff.

Key responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the profitability of the customer portfolio and for its volume and margin growth through asset management and care.
• Manage target customers professionally and strategically, with an investor-friendly approach and investment advice, including strategic and tactical asset allocation.
• Build and grow the portfolio by acquiring new and existing customers, increasing wallet share, exploiting cross-selling opportunities and developing structured sales ideas with the Investment Manager.
• Develop a multiplier network and supervise the administration and business management within valid processes and policies.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and the training of internal and external customer value creation potential.

Required profile

• Skill bank training and/or academic training.
• 10 years of experience dealing with ultra-high net worth individuals.
• Strong sales sense, goal orientation and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of the Luxembourg financial centre framework and willingness to travel regionally.
• Very good command of French and English; other languages are an added value.
• Proven ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and workflows responsibly.
