QA/QC Manager for Large‑Scale Data Center Project

About the role

We are seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead quality management for a large‑scale data centre located north of Luxembourg city centre. The role covers the full construction, commissioning and hand‑over phases, ensuring compliance with client standards, contract requirements and applicable regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Review design deliverables from a QA perspective and authorise Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) linked to design and PUF interfaces.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary QA/QC activities across civil, MEP, structural and PUF works, integrating testing plans with commissioning and document control.
• Develop and implement ITPs, schedule hold points, witness major tests (e.g., compaction, pile integrity, concrete cubes, FAT, SAT) and manage site QA inspectors.
• Raise, track and close NCRs with root‑cause analysis; perform quality audits on specialty package contractors.
• Plan inspections to align with the critical path, provide quality status reporting and manage non‑conformances.
• Coordinate client quality audits, witness acceptance inspections and assemble quality dossiers for hand‑over.
• Maintain QA/QC and testing records, ensure traceability of materials, and integrate HSE and environmental compliance checks.
• Build and lead the QA/QC team, develop training on ITPs, and drive continuous improvement and lessons‑learned capture.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Quality Management or equivalent.
• 10+ years of QA/QC experience on large civil/MEP projects, preferably data centre or pharma/industrial.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and auditing practices.
• Proven experience with FAT/SAT processes and regulator compliance.
