Project Controls Manager

About the role

Soben, part of Accenture, is looking for an experienced Project Controls Manager to lead project controls across major capital projects and programmes in Luxembourg. The role involves overseeing reporting, planning, scheduling, cost control, earned value management, progress measurement, forecasting and programme governance to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of project controls, including planning, scheduling, cost management, progress measurement, reporting, forecasting and earned value management.
• Establish and maintain robust project controls frameworks that provide accurate performance information.
• Ensure consistent application of project controls processes, governance and reporting standards across programmes.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and technical guidance to multidisciplinary project controls teams.
• Develop and maintain baseline project schedules and programme control systems.
• Manage schedule updates, forecasting activities and performance monitoring throughout execution.
• Support bid development and contribute to programme governance activities.

Required profile

• Strong technical expertise in project controls and related methodologies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, working with clients, project directors, commercial teams, engineers and contractors.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams on complex infrastructure programmes.
