About the role

The Hospital Centre (CHEM) is seeking a motivated Pharmacy Preparer to join its multidisciplinary team. You will work in a modern, multicultural hospital environment, supporting medication preparation and dispensing for patients across three sites.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, compound, and label medications according to prescriptions and hospital protocols.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, nurses, and medical staff to verify orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels of pharmaceutical supplies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality control activities.

Required profile

• Relevant pharmacy education or certification.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Good communication skills in French (and optionally other languages).
• Commitment to patient safety and confidentiality.
