Personal Tax Compliance Senior Consultant

About the role

EY is looking for a Senior Consultant for its People Advisory Services (PAS) team in Luxembourg. PAS helps companies move talent across borders, and the Luxembourg PAS practice combines tax, immigration, social security, payroll and reward professionals. The consultant will serve a client portfolio including large international companies and strategic growth-market clients, delivering global mobility services on individual income tax, social security, immigration and related services.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high-quality work consistently for clients in the personal tax compliance area.
• Motivate other team members to maintain the same standard.
• Receive guidance and supervision so that you can supervise and lead your own team as you progress in your career.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Tax, Law, HR or a business-related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate environment or a professional services firm, in Luxembourg or abroad.
• Excellent oral and written English, including strong presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ideally: French and/or German full proficiency, and experience in Luxembourg.

Required skills

• Intermediate computer skills, such as MS Office.
