Personal Tax Compliance Senior Consultant

About the role

EY’s People Advisory Services (PAS) team in Luxembourg is seeking a Senior Consultant to deliver personal tax compliance and global mobility services. You will work with a diverse portfolio of large international companies and fast‑growing market clients, helping them manage tax, social security and immigration matters across borders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual income tax, social security and immigration advice as part of an integrated Human Capital practice.
• Manage a client portfolio that includes multinational corporations and strategic growth‑market firms.
• Produce high‑quality deliverables consistently and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Motivate and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Collaborate with tax, immigration, payroll and reward professionals to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in personal tax compliance, preferably within a global mobility context.
• Proven ability to handle complex client portfolios and deliver accurate, timely advice.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with international clients and internal teams.
