Marketing & Communications Officer – Creative Content & Events

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Marketing & Communications Officer to join a high‑performing Marketing Division of a prestigious international institution in Kirchberg. The role focuses on creative content, event management and campaign coordination to support awareness and fundraising initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create compelling marketing copy, straplines, and design high‑impact PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks for senior stakeholders.
• Plan, conceptualise and execute events from start to finish, including post‑event evaluation.
• Coordinate thematic projects and marketing campaigns, conducting market and internal research.
• Liaise between internal departments and external service providers to ensure seamless delivery.
• Prepare procurement documentation for external goods and services in line with institutional standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar marketing or communications role, preferably in a corporate or institutional setting.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional EU languages are a strong advantage.
• Highly organised, autonomous and able to translate complex information into clear visual and written content.

Required skills

• Advanced PowerPoint
• Advanced Excel
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Familiarity with event platforms such as Swoogo or Cvent
• Experience with project management tools like Monday.com
