Learning & Development Senior Associate

About the role

Join PwC's Learning & Development team within Human Capital and work closely with business leaders, Talent Management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and other Human Capital colleagues. You will help shape learning experiences that strengthen leadership capability, support inclusive ways of working and enable employees and managers to grow.

Key responsibilities

• Design, enhance and implement leadership development initiatives with a focus on manager capabilities.
• Develop learning solutions that promote inclusive leadership, coaching, feedback, performance conversations, collaboration, team effectiveness and change leadership.
• Coordinate and facilitate leadership development experiences, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and business priorities.
• Scale learning solutions across levels and Lines of Service while keeping content flexible and adaptable.
• Apply adult learning principles, inclusive design practices and innovative methodologies to improve learning impact.
• Collect, analyse and report feedback to assess learning impact and identify improvement opportunities.
• Liaise with external vendors, facilitators and consultants to support effective design and delivery.
• Partner with a Line of Service to understand business context, capability needs and stakeholder priorities.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Management and DEI teams to integrate inclusive capabilities into broader talent strategies.

Required profile

• Experience in learning design, facilitation and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to apply adult learning principles and inclusive design practices.
• Strong analytical skills for feedback collection, analysis and reporting.
• Proven ability to work with external vendors and consultants.
• Senior Associate level experience within Human Capital or Learning & Development.
