Junior UX Designer – Digital Factory (Advisory & Consulting)

About the role

As a Junior UX Designer in Deloitte’s Digital Factory, you will help shape digital products and services for clients across responsive websites, mobile apps and end‑to‑end journeys. Working in an agile, product‑led environment, you will translate user needs into high‑impact designs while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design end‑to‑end experiences using participatory and iterative methods such as observational studies, interviews and usability testing.
• Create concepts, principles and guidelines that inform user interfaces and interactions.
• Produce wireframes, user flows, journeys and high‑fidelity mockups optimized for multiple devices and channels.
• Conduct heuristic evaluations and ergonomic audits to assess usability and accessibility of existing and in‑progress interfaces.
• Communicate design ideas to stakeholders through storytelling, sketches and rapid prototyping.
• Work closely with development and business teams to balance user needs, business goals and technical constraints.
• Facilitate innovation workshops grounded in Design Thinking for clients and internal teams.
• Contribute to UX training and nurture a strong design community within the organization.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of user experience, service design and interaction design principles.
• Ability to connect user needs with business objectives and translate them into functional, creative solutions.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with user research methods (e.g., interviews, usability testing).
• Proficiency in creating wireframes, user flows and high‑fidelity mockups.
• Understanding of accessibility and usability evaluation techniques.
