HR Technology & Transformation Senior Associate (m/f/d)

About the role

PwC Luxembourg is looking for a Senior Associate to join its People, Experience and Change community. The role sits within the HR Technology & Transformation team and focuses on delivering human‑centred digital HR solutions for clients across industries.

Key responsibilities

• Guide clients in selecting, implementing and improving HR systems (HCM, recruitment, onboarding, absence management, payroll, etc.).
• Lead or co‑lead functional modules during system implementations, covering requirements gathering, process design, configuration, testing and data validation.
• Support all testing phases (UAT, end‑to‑end, regression), prepare test scripts and coordinate feedback with client teams.
• Prepare and deliver training to enable client autonomy on new HR platforms.
• Contribute to broader HR transformation initiatives such as process reviews, organisational design and strategic workforce planning.
• Stay abreast of emerging digital HR trends, including AI‑enabled tools and advanced analytics, and advise clients on their adoption.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in HR technology projects and transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead functional modules and collaborate with cross‑functional client teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on improving quality and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts and train end users.
