Global Head of Private Wealth

About the role

Ogier Global is seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to head its Private Wealth service line worldwide. Reporting directly to the Ogier Global CEO, the role will shape strategy, drive growth and ensure operational excellence across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a private‑wealth income growth strategy in collaboration with legal, client development and jurisdictional teams.
• Lead the service‑line team globally, set strategic direction, manage performance and foster a positive, high‑performance culture.
• Take full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting and meeting financial targets.
• Drive product and operational innovation, leveraging technology and process design to enhance service delivery.
• Maintain consistently high client satisfaction through relationship management and issue resolution.
• Ensure operational efficiency, implement best‑practice processes and monitor KPIs.
• Manage operational, financial and regulatory risks, ensuring compliance and strong governance.
• Undertake client work and mandates, such as directorships, as required.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in private wealth, wealth management or related financial services.
• Strong track record of revenue growth and business development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑location teams and develop talent.
• Full P&L accountability experience.
• Excellent risk‑management and governance acumen.
