French Content Moderator

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Content Moderator to help keep our global online community safe and welcoming. Working on‑site, you will review user‑generated content—including images, text, video and audio—and apply the client’s policies to ensure compliance with community guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Examine and classify uploaded content in French, flagging or removing items that violate policy.
• Meet performance targets set for the moderation operation.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the line manager according to established procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle user data securely.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay up‑to‑date with policy changes.

Required profile

• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in content moderation, customer support, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in English and French at B2 level or higher.
• Ability to work on‑site in Rohrmoser and follow strict confidentiality guidelines.

Required skills

• Strong attention to detail when reviewing visual and textual material.
• Ability to make quick, consistent decisions based on written policies.
