Freelance Graphic Designer – Signage Specialist

About the role

This remote freelance position supports a partner company in delivering high‑quality signage and visual communication solutions for corporate and architectural projects. The designer will work independently while collaborating with project teams, clients, and production partners to ensure accurate, on‑brand outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Create signage design visuals based on project briefs, specifications, and brand guidelines.
• Adapt and customise designs across a variety of bespoke signage projects.
• Prepare production‑ready artwork using industry‑standard tools, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and supply‑chain partners to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Organise digital files and maintain version control for seamless hand‑off to fabrication.

Required profile

• Junior to mid‑level graphic designer with 1‑2 years of experience in signage or related visual communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable working remotely and independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency with CorelDRAW.
• Familiarity with Signlabs or similar signage design software (advantageous).
