Financial Controller – Remote, up to €85k/year

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Financial Controller to join a dynamic commercial company in Luxembourg. The role offers a high degree of autonomy, a supportive team environment, and flexible working arrangements, including home‑working options.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and analyse financial performance, ensuring accurate cost control and insightful reporting.
• Prepare and manage budgeting processes, delivering detailed cost analysis to support business strategy.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement effective financial optimisation measures.
• Act as a trusted advisor, contributing to strategic decision‑making across the organisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a controlling role within Luxembourg.
• Fluent in English and German; Luxembourgish is an asset.
• Strong organisational skills, independence and a proactive mindset.
• Team‑oriented attitude and commitment to a positive working atmosphere.
