Content Moderation Specialist (Remote)

Key responsibilities

• Review and moderate user‑generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies, community guidelines, and legal standards.
• Identify and flag inappropriate, harmful, or non‑compliant material such as hate speech, fraud, misinformation, and other safety concerns.
• Apply moderation policies consistently while meeting productivity and quality targets.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to senior teams for further review.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

Required profile

• Previous experience in content moderation, trust and safety, compliance, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to assess sensitive content objectively.
• Good understanding of cultural nuances that affect online interactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting accuracy targets.
