Compensation & Benefits Manager

About the role

Join PwC’s Human Capital team as a Compensation & Benefits Manager, working closely with HR professionals, business leaders and senior management. You will shape reward strategies that drive employee engagement, retention and organisational success across PwC Luxembourg.

Key responsibilities

• Support the continuous enhancement of total compensation, benefits and recognition design, governance and delivery.
• Partner with leaders to implement innovative reward programmes that strengthen engagement and retention.
• Act as subject‑matter expert on pay philosophy, workforce cost dynamics, pay transparency and related matters for senior management and HR partners.
• Ensure operational excellence in compensation and benefits administration, guaranteeing accuracy, compliance and timeliness.
• Lead the design, configuration, maintenance and improvement of compensation review tools, ensuring data accuracy and user adoption.
• Develop and maintain compensation structures and salary grading systems.
• Conduct regular market benchmark analyses to support pay competitiveness and retention strategies.
• Monitor reward programme effectiveness through reports and dashboards tracking KPIs such as retention, engagement and cost efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices in Luxembourg.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
• Good knowledge of Luxembourg personal tax on employment incomes.
• Basic knowledge of payroll processes.
• English proficiency at C1 level (full professional).
