Chargé d’études support technologique et informatique

About the role

The municipal administration is seeking a dedicated professional to join the Service Autobusun as a Chargé d’études de support technologique et informatique. This full‑time, permanent position involves analysing, developing, maintaining and supporting the city’s IT solutions and services.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise user needs and translate them into IT development projects.
• Maintain and evolve existing software solutions, ensuring reliability and compliance with municipal IT procedures.
• Provide technical support to internal clients, covering applications, office software and network issues.
• Execute and manage IT projects individually or within a team, participating in cross‑functional work groups.
• Conduct technical and functional analyses to formalise user and administrator requirements.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of IT systems and interfaces.
• Offer on‑call support as required.

Required profile

• Holder of a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from a recognised higher‑education institution in Luxembourg.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to formalise user requirements.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality public service and maintaining the city’s positive image.
