Change and Project Manager – Change Management

About the role

The European Investment Bank is looking for a Change and Project Manager to lead change management activities for digital transformation initiatives across the Group. You will work closely with business users, local change agents and GIS delivery teams to ensure smooth adoption of new applications and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate change management for assigned digital transformation initiatives in line with the EIB Group Change Management Framework and project governance.
• Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of the Group Change Management Framework.
• Support the rollout of the federated Change Management operating model across directorates, collaborating with business representatives, local change agents and GIS delivery teams.
• Enable and coach local change agents, building feedback loops from business directorates.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and organisational readiness assessments, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to gather input and align impacted teams.
• Identify change‑related risks, propose mitigation actions and escalate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, GIS delivery teams and communication experts to maximise transformation outcomes.
• Support benefits realisation by tracking adoption, user readiness and behavioural indicators.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum equivalent to a Bachelor), preferably in Organisational Change, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology or a related field.
