Certified Nurse for Customer Care Team (Luxembourg)

About the role

Join the Customer Care Team at Laboratoires Réunis as a certified nurse. You will perform blood collection in our service centres across Luxembourg and provide home‑visit collection services, supporting our high‑quality laboratory diagnostics.

Key responsibilities

• Collect blood samples at designated service centres or at patients' homes.
• Register patient data accurately using the laboratory information system.
• Prepare collected samples for transport to the laboratory.
• Adhere to shift start times of 6:30 am or 7:00 am, with end times dependent on centre opening hours.

Required profile

• Diploma as a certified nurse, laboratory technician, or equivalent qualification.
• Official entitlement to work as a nurse in Luxembourg.
• Valid driving licence and personal vehicle.
• Ability to work independently with a service‑oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules.
• Language proficiency in French, German, or Luxembourgish; English is a plus.
