Art Studio Coordinator – Operations & Craft Workshops

About the role

The Social Club is seeking an organised, proactive and customer‑focused Art Studio Coordinator to be the operational heart of its creative studio in Luxembourg. You will ensure that every workshop and event runs smoothly while delivering an exceptional experience for participants.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome participants, manage check‑in, seating and refreshments, and communicate the studio’s mission and services.
• Lead and support craft‑based workshops (e.g., candle making, jewellery, mosaic) and act as backup facilitator for other art, private and corporate events.
• Prepare the studio before each session, ensuring cleanliness, layout, lighting, tools, furniture and any additional client services are ready.
• Receive, verify and store material deliveries, maintain inventory and resolve operational issues quickly.

Required profile

• Highly organised and proactive with a strong customer service orientation.
• Experience facilitating craft workshops and supporting participants.
• Ability to coordinate with supervisors, gather information independently and make quick decisions.
• Attention to detail in studio presentation and inventory management.
