Architecte – Coordinateur de projet (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for an Architect – Project Coordinator to lead the full lifecycle of real‑estate projects, from concept through execution. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all project stakeholders, including internal project team, special‑tech engineers, construction economists, site coordinators, design offices and public authorities.
• Supervise project execution, monitoring schedules, budgets and quality standards defined by the company.
• Manage change requests, communicate adjustments constructively and ensure proper implementation.
• Lead project meetings, prepare status reports and present progress to the project team and senior management.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum five years of experience in planning and executing real‑estate projects.
• Proven project‑management and team‑coordination abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of building codes and regulations applicable in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
• Fluent French; additional languages such as English, German or Dutch are a strong asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with architectural design software.
