Architecte – Coordinateur de projet (m/f/d)

About the role

The Architect – Project Coordinator will lead the full lifecycle of real‑estate projects, from concept through execution. This position requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all project stakeholders, including internal project teams, special‑tech engineers, construction economists, site coordinators, design offices, and public authorities.
• Supervise project execution, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, budgets, and the quality standards set by the company.
• Manage change requests, communicate adjustments constructively, and ensure proper implementation.
• Lead project meetings, prepare status reports, and present progress to the project team and senior management.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in planning and executing real‑estate projects.
• Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• In‑depth knowledge of Luxembourg construction norms and regulations.
• Fluent French; additional languages (Luxembourgish or German) are a strong asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with architectural design software.
