Senior Corporate Officer – Legal & Corporate Services (Luxembourg)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Officer to join a growing ManCo/AIFM based in Luxembourg. You will be responsible for the full legal lifecycle of alternative investment funds and special purpose vehicles, primarily in private equity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the incorporation, administration, and liquidation of SPVs and alternative investment funds.
• Prepare and organise board and shareholder meetings, draft minutes, resolutions and board packs.
• Coordinate bank account openings and maintain relationships with banks.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, administrations and third‑party service providers.
• Ensure timely statutory and regulatory filings.

Required profile

• 3‑4+ years of experience as a corporate officer within a PFS or AIFM in Luxembourg.
• Proven ability to handle files independently from set‑up to dissolution.
• Fluent English for client interaction and internal communication.
• Law degree (Bachelor or Master) or relevant legal certifications.
