HR Analyst – Employment & Rewards (Luxembourg)

About the role

The European Investment Bank is looking for an HR Analyst specialised in Employment & Rewards to join its Human Resources Directorate in Luxembourg. The role is full‑time, temporary and based on‑site, supporting local agents across external offices.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Country Officer for a portfolio of external offices, coordinating recruitment, payroll, benefits, time‑management and related HR processes.
• Review and reconcile monthly payroll and benefits outputs from local providers, investigate discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
• Prepare and manage amendments to employment contracts, liaise with legal providers and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor compliance with the remuneration framework, consulting local legal advisors as needed.
• Select, procure and manage relationships with local service providers for payroll, legal, health and pension services.
• Provide HR support to local agents, answer queries on remuneration, benefits and contractual terms, and issue certificates.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum Bachelor) in HR, Law, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in HR administration, payroll, remuneration or related areas.
• Good knowledge of HR policies, employment law and contractual matters.
• Fluent English and French (B1.2 CEFR level) with additional EU language a plus.
